Enterprise Manager Grid Control 11g : Agent Unreachable

Configurei o Enterprise Manager Grid Control 11g. No entanto, após a configuração, o agent estava com o status “Unreachable”, mesmo com o agent ativo. No meu caso, após a execução do comando “emctl upload” para efetuar um “refresh” do agent, eu pude verificar que o file system do ambiente estava cheio e , com isso, impossibilitando o funcionamento normal do Enterprise Manager Grid Control 11g. Sendo assim, neste post estarei mostrando os comandos utilizando para sanar este problema:

 

  • Verificando os detalhes do agent:
[oracle@oem2 bin]$ pwd
/u01/MIDD/Middleware/agent11g/bin

[oracle@oem2 bin]$ ./emctl status oms -details
Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Release 1 Grid Control
Copyright (c) 1996, 2010 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.

  • Efetuando o reload do agent:
[oracle@oem2 bin]$ ./emctl upload

Copyright (c) 1996, 2010 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.

EMD upload error: Upload was successful but collections currently disabled - disk full

Após a liberação de espaço em disco no ambiente, tentei efetuar o upload do agent novamente … dessa vez o comando retornou com sucesso:


[oracle@oem2 bin]$ ./emctl upload
Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Release 1 Grid Control 11.1.0.1.0 
Copyright (c) 1996, 2010 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.

Depois disso, no próprio Enterprise Manager, fui até a aba Setup depois cliquei em Agents, e após desbloquear o agent (botão UNBLOCK), pode ver o agent operacional novamente:
