It has been a while since I got nervous about taking a certification exam, and this was the big surprise about the “Exam AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions” for me. This year is all about Infrastructure and cloud, and for those who read something on my blog is a new approach after nearly a decade of writing mainly about databases, especially my favorite RDBMS, Oracle.
I wish I had much to say about this exam. Still, everything about my preparation was everything that I covered in the book “Book Review: Exam Ref AZ-305 Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions” (check out the blog post here: https://www.techdatabasket.com/2023/02/04/book-review-exam-ref-az-305-designing-microsoft-azure-infrastructure-solutions/).
Furthermore, Microsoft gives some valuable tips to study:

By reading the book, and go through the documentation and link shared in this blog post we can have the understanding of what is needed to succeed in this exam. For me, the biggest surprise was the case study as the first question since I was hoping for it in the end, and aligned with the fact that I was a bit nervous, it made me doubt for a while if I would succeed in the exam or not. As the exam continued, I calmed down and started to apply everything that I studied, and I successfully passed as below:

I wish you happy studies!
