Be aware that you cannot deploy Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control in a CDB database. Otherwise, you may receive the following error:
“The database details which you have provided is of container database (CDB). EM Repository can not be deployed in CDB. Make sure you provide the service name for the pluggable database (PDB).”
